To appreciate the range of aetiological factors associated with acid erosion and tooth wear, understand how to manage such cases and restore worn/eroded teeth reversibly without resorting to complex treatment modalities and gain confidence in diagnosing and managing eroded/worn teeth. Appreciate when and how to increase the vertical dimension by the application of the “Dahl concept”.
